Heritage House at Tilton River Pointe offers high quality assisted living
services, right here in Morton. We are committed to consistently providing
first rate customer care and assuasive services to our residents and peace
of mind to their families.
Heritage House
features 40 apartments licensed for assisted living services. These services
are available for residents who want or need assistance with "activities
of daily living". Assisted living services are provided for a fee.
Our assisted living program is designed to ensure that our residents receive
all the assistance they need or want. Each person has a custom tailored
assistance plan that is created with the goal of enhancing the resident's
personal lifestyle and ensuring the level of independence and dignity
at all times.

for each resident and their loves ones is our primary objective and concern.
Our personal care staff is carefully selected and trained for your safety
and security. As your health care needs change, we will do all we can
to meet your needs so that you can call us "Home".
Assisted
Living Services
Included are a variety
of specific services in the areas of:
* Personal hygiene and appearance
* Assistance - bathing/dressing
* Full service dining
* Snacks available 24 hours a day
* Housekeep and personal laundry
* Medication reminders and mgmt.
* Cognitive support
* Short stay, or respite services
* Mobility assistance
* Transportation - weekly schedule
Assisted living services are provided for a fee that is in addition to
the monthly rent and are based upon the resident's needs and preferences.
We provide caring, professional staff on site 24 hours a day with a full
time Resident Services Director.

Our residents enjoy
a full activities calendar that includes arts and crafts, bingo, church
services, special lunch outings, scenic drives, and many other fun activities.
Plus, we have an activity room for games, meetings, and movies. We also
have a full service beauty salon on site.

From
I-5 North or South take Exit 68-Hwy 12 east towards Packwood and Morton.
Take a left onto Hwy 7. Continue on Hwy 7 through Morton and take a left
